I'd love to hit Alaska for some monster Salmon and Halibut.  Anywhere warm would be nice too!

I would like to fish Newfoundland, not just in the ocean to see views like this but to fish the in-land lakes as well. Not sure what species I would fish for.

Big striper is on my list as is a billfish in Baja!

Costa Rica is somewhere I have had on my mind for a while and any trip to the Florida keys makes me lose sleep for the weeks leading up to it

Australia is way up on the list as well... giant black marlin and some monster sharks.

So where would you go and for what target species?

Myself, I've been talking to Jamie about hitting up Chesapeake Bay for huge stripers with Kayak Kevin http://www.kayakkevin.com/home.html.  But my ultimate trip in the warmer climes would have to be Belize.  I don't think it would be hard to convince the wife to hit this ocean paradise  ;)  Check it out.
