Looks to be pretty basic, take your picture to a welding shop

and get a price. If you want aluminum, it'll be more $$$.  :)

The rack BB's talking about is very simple and dismantles with 8quick pins. The base has square tubes to take the front and back rack that fit in it and pinned. There is two cross pieces to tie them together and take 4 pins. The form above with the rug is molded for the kayak bottom and I wrap my fishing rod on one of the cross pieces and have a pvc tube to take the fly rod. ff and others goes in the atv compartment. Found it very stable through the bush. E-mail me if you have any questions. John. Comes apart very quikly.

John, the base square tubes have to fit to a rounded ATV rack (Yamaha Grizzly).
Did you make your base square tubes?

Bluegill: The base is a piece of angle iron bolted to the rack with square tubes welded to except the uprights for the ends. I have a front and back end with two cross bars to hold it together. With the rack dismantled, just the angle iron base with the square tubing is on the atv. Can take pictures and send them or if you come to North Bay, I'm just south in the Powassan area and you can have a first hand look. John.
